Biography
Mr. Henderson was born in Bowling Green, Ohio.
His family moved to Dexter, Michigan, and he
graduated from Dexter High School. He served six
years in the U.S. Navy as a reactor operator on a
nuclear submarine (the USS Henry L. Stimson,
SSBN 655).
He completed his BS degree with a concentration in
history through the New York Regents program of the
University of the State of New York, and has a
master's degree in administrative science with a
concentration in financial management from the
Johns Hopkins University School of Continuing
Studies.
Mr. Henderson is admitted to the Maryland State Bar,
the Federal Bar for the District of Maryland, the Bar
of the Fourth Circuit, and the Bar of the United States
Supreme Court.
